We are a Charlotte, NC based Managed Service Provider with an emphasis on cybersecurity with clients from coast to coast. We are currently pursuing additional critical infrastructure clients with complex IT needs that include security and segregation of Industrial Control Systems, DMZ network segments, corporate / enterprise networks as well as management of all IT needs from helpdesk to enterprise implementations. Full-Time IT Engineer

FitNetworks has an opening for an IT Engineer with excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of technologies, have the ability to quickly and comprehensively understand client’s needs, and be passionate about problem-solving. This position reports to the CEO and will be responsible for building a team of IT Engineers as the company grows. In the next 6 – 12 months, this position should bring a new level of stability to our MSP and Cybersecurity offerings and be an integral part of FitNetworks future success.
We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their time efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of personal drive and a sense of accountability. The ideal candidate will not be satisfied with simply making things work; this individual will strive to fully understand and evaluate multiple solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Implement/manage AD, Azure AD, Office 365 environments
Implement/manage LAN / WAN networks
Implement/manage Next Gen Firewalls
Implement /manage backups and disaster recovery plans
Maximize the MSP tools FitNetworks utilizes (RMM, PSA, etc.)
Develop, test, and implement cybersecurity plans
Take point on escalated trouble-tickets
Outside the box thinking at all times

Full-Time Business Development Associate

FitNetworks has an opening for a Business Development Associate who can open doors to new prospective clients that need our cybersecurity solutions.  The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of critical infrastructure and information technologies, have strong business acumen, and be passionate about success. In the next 3 – 6 months, this position will develop new relationships and open doors to prospective clients that are in need of FitNetworks suite of cybersecurity products and services. This position reports to the CEO and has a great deal of upward potential including the opportunity to build a sales and marketing team as the company grows.

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales who can manage their time efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of personal drive and a sense of accountability.  The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, work well under pressure, and thrive knowing the more successful FitNetworks becomes, the more the financial reward will be received. 

Responsibilities

This position is first and foremost a door-opener position in a B2B market. The right candidate will have the ability to make calls to prospective clients with the intention of setting up further telephone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings with the key decision makers at the prospective company. The Business Development Associate will work closely with the FitNetworks CEO, who will be actively involved in the subsequent calls and meetings to close new business, once those doors have been opened.

Using Cybersecurity as an inroad, the Business Development Associate will be able to make a pitch to prospective clients that will allow FitNetworks to demonstrate our cybersecurity tools to let them evaluate their cybersecurity needs, and then be wowed by our tools and service offerings. Once in the door, additional pitches can be made for our other MSP technology offerings.

Prospective clients will come from association trade lists, inquiries, networking events and trade shows, referrals, as well as the expectation that the associate already has business contacts from their previous career assignments.

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing a strategic sales plan for identifying, qualifying prospects and leads, and on a weekly basis, update business development activities in FitNetworks’ CRM tool.

Follow-up on calls, inquiries, presentations, and proposals to ensure business is closed and not lost.

Although this position may work largely from their home, routine travel to FitNetworks HQ is expected as well as occasional travel as necessary to prospect and client sites. Attendance and participation at certain trade shows may also be required.

Working together with the FitNetworks team, prepare presentations and proposals when necessary.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an accredited university.

A proven track record for developing quantifiable new business and selling products or services in a B2B environment. Ideally experienced in IT sales, and even better in cybersecurity.

A proven track record in cold-calling potential prospects and being able to get telephone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings with key decision makers. Experience with connecting to new prospects via Linked-In or Facebook and then developing a relationship that will allow for future emails and calls.

Experience with developing leads and sales within an association or trade group, an added plus.

Excellent written and oral communications skills, the ability to listen, identify needs, and assess value-added solutions to customer and prospect needs.

Ability to develop and present written presentations and proposals to customers and prospects.

The ability to travel if needed.

 Compensation

Compensation commensurate with your experience and proven track record and will include a base salary, and a very generous commission structure on new business.
